A complex, yet balanced cup profile with spicy and citrusy notes. Has a medium body and acidity.
Grade 1 quality, Specialty type, Natural Type.
Location: Guji, Oromia Region, Ethiopia
Altitude: 1800m to above 2200m
Biological: No chemical fertilizers have been applied.
The beans come from the Shonora family. They were the first people to start producing coffee in the area in Guji 25 years ago. They are the only ones to score the specialty coffee 96 in the coffee fair in Ethiopia.
