This is one of my fave additions to tea. It brings out the tea notes and pairs very well with ginger. I have brewed alone and it has a grassy tho very pleasant taste comforting to a sore throat or URI. 1/4 lb goes a looong way! It is a lot of lemongrass! And surprisingly- even after 1 year, has not lost much taste!
